Structured Learning Through Movement

Our programme builds aerobic dance competency through progressive modules that address technique, rhythm interpretation, and spatial awareness. Each component develops specific skills through measured practice and structured feedback.

Participants work through defined stages, moving from foundational patterns to complex choreographic sequences as proficiency develops.

Three Development Tracks

Our curriculum divides into three distinct learning paths, each addressing different aspects of aerobic dance practice. Participants select tracks based on current ability and specific objectives.

Foundation Track

Basic movement vocabulary and rhythm fundamentals. This track establishes core principles through repetition and gradual complexity increase.

8 weeks / 24 sessions
Groups of 12-16 participants
Entry available monthly

Intermediate Track

Multi-directional sequences and tempo variation techniques. Builds on established patterns while introducing performance elements and spatial dynamics.

12 weeks / 36 sessions
Groups of 10-14 participants
Requires foundation completion

Advanced Track

Complex choreographic structures and stylistic variation. Participants develop individual interpretation skills while maintaining technical precision across diverse musical contexts.

16 weeks / 48 sessions
Groups of 8-12 participants
Intermediate track prerequisite

Core Module Sequence

All tracks follow a consistent structural framework with complexity adjusted to participant level. Each module addresses specific competencies through measured progression.

01

Rhythm Recognition and Basic Patterns

Participants learn to identify musical structure and execute fundamental step patterns synchronized to different tempo ranges. Focus on consistency and timing accuracy.

2-3 weeks
02

Directional Movement and Spatial Orientation

Development of multi-directional sequences incorporating forward, lateral, and diagonal progression. Emphasis on maintaining form while changing direction.

3-4 weeks
03

Upper Body Integration and Coordination

Addition of arm movements and torso articulation to established lower body patterns. Work focuses on independent limb control and full-body coordination.

2-3 weeks
04

Tempo Variation and Musical Interpretation

Application of learned patterns across different musical speeds and styles. Participants adjust movement quality to match musical character while maintaining technical standards.

3-5 weeks
05

Sequence Construction and Performance Practice

Combination of all previous elements into extended choreographic sequences. Focus shifts to endurance, consistency, and maintaining quality throughout longer routines.

4-6 weeks
Advanced aerobic dance sequence demonstration
